OUR TEAM

Hi, I’m Ahmed. I was a senior lecturer in the faculty of computing, at the University of Hargeisa in Somalia, where I also obtained my Bachelor’s Degree in computer science. I went on to pursue a Master’s Degree in computer science (Information Security) from the University Technology Malaysia. I am currently doing a PhD in Telecommunication engineering from Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul. 

While at the University Technology Malaysia, I was an active member of the Information Assurance and Security Research Group (IASRG). I also obtained the excellence master student award – an award given to the two most outstanding final year students. 

My publications focus on information security. I have published numerous papers in journals like the International Journal of Science and Engineering Research (IJSER), IEEE, and Springer.
